Holly Johnson is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a Bachelor of Science in Maternal Child Health and Human Lactation. Holly is currently working on her MPH at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Holly is dedicated to helping military and rural families in Central Missouri and surrounding areas with all their infant feeding needs. She works with you to establish an evidence-based care plan that fits your needs and that of your infant. She is here to provide education, support, and guidance throughout your breastfeeding journey and help you reach your breastfeeding goals. Holly has completed an additional 24+ hours of education on oral habilitation and tethered oral tissue, gut health, and helping families through virtual consultations.

Holly is married to Heath Johnson, who has been in the Army since 2008. They have 3 daughters together, Amelia, Eleanora, and Fiona. Holly has breastfed all her children until they self-wean. She experienced many breastfeeding-related problems throughout her journey, which led her to pursue a career in lactation. Holly also volunteers as a La Leche League leader and a certified birth doula, attending births of those delivering alone due to military obligations.
