Your lactation visit with Holly could be covered by your insurance company.
If you have Anthem PPO, BCBS PPO, Cigna PPO, or United PPO insurance your lactation visits could be covered at no cost to you. Please verify with LACTATION NETWORK to get pre-approved for your visit. If you are denied coverage, contact Holly directly for additional insurance coverage options.
Self-paying families will receive a super bill to file with their insurance for potential reimbursement.
TriCare Coverage
TriCare covers 6 lactation visits with an in-network IBCLC. This can include your prenatal education. TriCare also provides you with a breast pump! Holly can help you select the pump that is best for you and have it ordered and delivered right to your home. Learn more here.
